igotfame recognizes that its Users who use www.igotfame.com or other Websites owned or operated by igotfame (the "igotfame Websites") are here to gain exposure and notoriety, or are looking to be entertained.
igotfame collects User submitted information such as name, e-mail address, age, and location to authenticate Users and to send notifications to those Users relating to the igotfame Services. igotfame also collects other data for Personal Pages including but not limited to: personal interests, gender, area code, education, occupation, and income in order to assist Users in finding and communicating with each other, and to assist in the rating of those signed up as Stars.
igotfame also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, Personal Page information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from Users to the site. This data is used to manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website Services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
User Personal Page information including members' pictures and names are displayed to people in order to facilitate User interaction in the igotfame social networking community. User name and e-mail addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join igotfame, to add Users to Members' entourage networks, and to send notifications related to the Service. With the possible exception of inviting friends, adding to an entourage, and notifications, a User's e-mail address is not displayed to people within a User's personal network. Users within a personal network communicate on igotfame with each other through the igotfame Service, without disclosing their e-mail addresses. Users' full names may be directly revealed to others after it is submitted by the User.
From time to time, igotfame or a Sponsor may sponsor a promotion, sweepstakes, or contest on igotfame. In addition, igotfame or a Sponsor may wish to sponsor a Member of igotfame, or pursue an endorsement deal from an igotfame Member. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, e-mail address, phone number, and/or home address in order to participate. igotfame may transfer personal information to Sponsors that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.
Use of Cookies
igotfame uses cookies to store Users' preferences and to record session information, for purposes including ensuring that Users are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize advertising, and webpage content based on browser type and User Personal Page information. igotfame does not link the information stored in cookies to any personally identifiable information submited while on our Website. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. However, you must enable cookies from igotfame in order to use most functions on the site. igotfame contains links to other websites. igotfame is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other websites. When linking to another website a User should read the privacy policy stated on that website. igotfame’s Privacy Policy only governs information collected on igotfame.
Personal Page, Press Box, Juice Box, and Chat Rooms
Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to your Personal Page, the Press Box, the Juice Box, Chat Rooms or any other Public Forums that the information can be accessed by the public, and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.
Correcting/Updating or Removing Information
igotfame Users may modify or remove any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account and accessing features such as “Edit Personal Page”.

The igotfame Websites are hosted in the United States and are intended for and directed to Users in the United States. If you are a User accessing the igotfame Websites from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the igotfame Websites, which are governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Notice, and our Terms of Service, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
Children’s Privacy
